Klondike Slim-a-Bear Ice Cream Novelties

I've only had the Slim-a-Bear sandwiches, since I like the "Healthy" Blue Bunny ice cream bars since the nutritionals are more respectable.

But the Slim-a-Bear sandwiches (whether you get no sugar added or 100 calorie kind) are really good and satisfying for just 100 calories. They have 2g fiber and 3-10g sugar. They are really low-fat too.

There's a little calcium in them.

Other 100 calorie products...
English Toffee / French Vanilla Bars
Vanilla Bars
Vanilla and Chocolate Sandwiches - ***** (I like the chocolate on chocolate. :)
Vanilla Sandwiches - ****
Fudge Bars

Other no sugar added products... (they have more or the same calories as the 100 calorie kind)
Vanilla Bars
Krunch Bars
Vanilla Sandwiches

Kudos Granola Bars

Heaven is what these bars are! I am absolutely in love with the Snickers flavor. It tastes like a really Snickers bar! Well, to me anyways. I haven't had a Snickers in ages. It has real Snickers bar pieces in it though!

The bars smell so good too. I like to sniff them. Haha.

And the most impressive thing is about the label, is that they have 20% of my daily needs of calcium! WOW!

They are made with whole grains, but don't have fiber. That is dissapointing!

Flavors are...

Snickers (100 cal) ***** Super delicious. Heavennnn...
M&M (100 cal) ** I am not a big fan of M&Ms. But this came in the Variety Pack, so I gave it a shot.
Chocolate Chip (120 cal) *** Weird because this has dark chocolate chips and is dipped in milk chocolate with milk chocolate on top. But it was pretty good. Not as good as the Snickers one!
Peanut Butter (130 cal) I haven't tried this flavor yet. I like Chocolate and Peanut Butter combination though!

Flat Earth Veggie Crisps

These crisps are a blend of rice, potato, and vegetables. They are really really good. They have alot of vitamins and minerals.

Nutritionals: (off the Tangy Tomato Ranch bag - other crisps may vary)
Serving Size = 1 ounce (about 12 crisps)
Calories = 130 (50 from fat)
Total Fat = 5g
Saturated Fat = 1g
Polyunsaturated Fat = 2.5g
Monosaturated Fat = 1.5g
Trans Fat = 0g
Total Carbs = 19g
Dietary Fiber = 2g
Sugars = 3g
Protein = 2g

12 vitamins and minerals. (20% Vitamin A and 10% Vitamin C. Others are under 10%.)

In every ounce is 1/2 a serving of vegetables. Which is really impressive for CHIPS! 12 chips may seem like a little bit, but it's not really once you put it on a plate or in a bowl.

I have only tried the "Farmland Cheddar" and "Tangy Tomato Ranch" flavors. But I would like to try Apple Cinnamon Grove.

Farmland Cheddar: ***** Very tasty, reminds me of the Cheddar Pringles.

Tangy Tomato Ranch: **** It was good. I like the Ranch Flavor a great deal. The only problem is, I am not sure about the Tomato flavor. It is yummy, but if it was just Ranch, it would be delicious!!!

Other flavors include: Garlic and Herb Field, Wild Berry Patch, and Peach Mango Paradise.

I love fruit, but I'm not sure about having fruit flavored vegetable chips! But I am willing to try Apple Cinnamon, since I do love Cinnamon.

I wish they would come out with Cheddar and Sour Cream flavor! Sour Cream and Onion would be really good too.

Soyjoy Bars

So they were giving away free samples of Soyjoy bars at Wal-Mart the other day. I picked up the Berry, Apple, and Raisin Almond flavors.
The nutritionals aren't that great, and neither is the flavor.
1 bar has 130-140 calories
6g fat
2g saturated fat
16g carbs
3g fiber
11g sugar
4g protein
All of them kind of taste the same, but I'd have to say Berry was the best.
It's a 100% natural fruit and soy bar. It's pretty dry because of the soy. It's pretty bland too.
The ingredients are really weird. The Raisin Almond one has Dried Cranberry, Dried Papaya, and Dried Pineapple in it too. And it has Parmesan Cheese in it!! WEIRD!
The lady who gave them to me said they kind of tasted like Fruit Cake. I have never had Fruit Cake so I don't know if they taste alike.
I probably won't buy these again... There are other bars that have even better nutritionals and a way better flavor.
